Why coaching?
Effective leadership coaching is a transformative process—giving you a safe space and some much-needed time to pause all other responsibilities in order to intentionally process, explore, and reflect on how you want to move forward in your career or personal life. In our time together, you will be able to identify your strengths and areas for growth, and create a plan for the necessary action steps that need to be taken to reach your desired outcomes. I will support you in this through non-directive coaching; that is, instead of telling you what to do or prescribing a general methodology, we will take your own lived experiences and goals, and work closely together so that you will be empowered to find your own answers. Only then can these solutions align with your own vision and values, leading to a more meaningful, fulfilling, and sustainable life.

My one-to-one coaching sessions focus on empowering leaders to engage in meaningful conversations, to express their thoughts with confidence, and to share their ideas and findings clearly and effectively across a variety of social settings. Through a series of practical exercises and tools tailored to your needs, you will develop strong speaking and storytelling skills and gather valuable techniques to build self-awareness, manage stress and anxiety, engage with diverse audiences, and articulate your thoughts and ideas in a way that feels comfortable in your body and real to who you are—not through robotic actions or catchphrases that make you feel stiff or as though you’re acting.
And of course, you will also gain instant feedback, supportive and constructive guidance, motivation, and accountability.
Most importantly, my approach acknowledges the distinct strengths of introverts while helping them to develop a natural communication style that resonates with audiences.
