Leadership Coaching
My leadership coaching sessions are non-directive: the point isn’t to tell you what to do. Rather, we partner together where you feel safe to reflect and explore—leading to a transformative process that empowers you to discover your own answers. Through tailored guidance and support, you can gain clarity on your values and vision, improve decision-making processes, and develop stronger communication skills. My coaching approach fosters self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience—enabling leaders to navigate challenges effectively and take meaningful action towards their personal and/or professional goals.
Speaking & Storytelling
My one-to-one coaching specializes in accelerating speaking and storytelling confidence for introverted leaders. Whether you’re speaking virtually or in person, to one person or many, your aim is to get people to listen and be impacted by what you’re saying. Perhaps you’re sharing your story of a loved one to influence policy and practice. Or maybe you’re presenting a new project to investors and want them to take action. No matter the situation or goal, you really just want to feel confident and comfortable connecting with your audience—while still feeling like yourself and not like an imposter. I get it, and I’m happy to help.
